I am Sandy Philpott, and in early 2011 my husband and I made a big lifestyle change and decided to fulfill one of our dreams: to live in New Orleans. We couldn't be happier and take every opportunity learn and discover more about our beautiful city. Every day is a new adventure!
I spend most of my days designing and crafting upcycled bags from outdated leather coats in a small business called Uptown Redesigns. It is a labor of love for sure, but is also finding a nice home here in New Orleans.
